It's Cold in Cleveland

The word is out - this may be one of the coldest winters in recent memory. It's only October 23rd, and we had a freezing rain coming down today. Fortunately, I was able to spend most of the day indoors.

Shannon called yesterday, and asked for help with her computer (the Computer Nun is out of town for a few months). I was having one of those spacy days - couldn't visualize what could be wrong from her description. So, I told her to call David. She did, and he quickly diagnosed the problem remotely.

So, the moral of the story is, for hardware problems, call David.
