Update
I have my license at last, no thanks to the ODE dragging their feet. It took a call from Dennis (I hate it on feminist principles that I have to drag in a man to get some action, but I do it in extreme cases like this) to get them to get off their butts.
Danny called Saturday night. It seems that his leave was canceled, but the thing that fried him was that it took them a week to tell him. Good thing he procrastinates about tickets.
